Woe to me if racetrack vets ever come to understand that exercise has
something signicant to do with racing performance.

In this state, (Washington) that has already happened. I'm a certified equine
massage therapist and a good one, but once I returned to WA state, I found
that I'm """practising veterinary medicine without a license""" and it's
illegal for me to even suggest a horse needs a massage from someone who's not
a DVM.
I'm the first person to tell a horseowner that "you need to call the vet."
Nevertheless, if I massage a horse for money in this state, I'm a criminal.
