Me, too, Truman.  For me, a limited ability to take on sodium complicates it, 
too.  The drink that keeps me going is cold milk--which would absolutely 
nauseate many others.  I seem to need the calcium, but less sugars and no 
sodium, thank you.

Same reason why we shouldn't just copycat what others do with their horses, 
either.  They are not metabolic carbon copies of each other, and what is 
great for one may actually be detrimental to another.
