RENEGADE RIDE

Due to circumstances beyond my control, namely the Perry Mesa/Black
Canyon Directive from Bruce Babbit (& Clinton), the BLM cannot issue
permits for new events until final determination of the plan for a Perry
Mesa National Monument.  As such, it is impossible to have the RENEGADE
RIDE in AZ this year.  I was informed of this situation today.  I have
discussed plans for next year with the BLM and it appears very likely
this event will receive BLM permits for 200, in Arizona.

I will have more information on the NEW MEXICO RENEGADE RIDE in the very
near future.  We are exploring the possibility of making it a 2 Base
Camp Ride..Days 1,2,& 3 at Mt Riley Ranch Day 4 from Mt Riley to Adobe
Ranch and Day 5 on the Adobe Ranch.  

We are extremely disappointed in the loss of Bumblebee as a staging
ground for the RENEGADE this year.
