I'm not too sure I'd say "lots" of them, but there are some.  That's why we 
don't JUST have a P/R stop, but have a full vet check, and shouldn't let the 
horse continue that fails enough other parameters to indicate trouble even if 
the HR recovers well and the CRI passes.  No ONE criterion is infallible--if 
there were, it would be the only thing we'd look at.
