In think it is not too late...the minutes read " M. Price moved to allow people
to come into the trade show only, for a minimum donation of $5.00....."

The word "Donation: is the key.  You can construct it in such a way as to be a
fee or not.  I suggest that, like I said earlier and Susan Swope stated that
perhaps AERC Trails fund will get MORE money by just asking for a straight
donation, no demand, AND, making it clear EXACTLY what it is being used for.
