We have a Chevy diesel, and it gets 13-17 mph.  It's kinda nice when we're 
caravaning to a ride with friends with their gas trucks and they spend 
(easily) double the $$ on fuel to get there and back as we do!  One nice 
thing the Chevy does have going for it, they are the quietest and nicest 
ride inside.  Of course, some people like the rumble of a diesel engine 
:).  Ours is a dually 1 ton, 4 WD.  Just a little over 50K miles, maybe 
close to 60 now - runs great :).  We did add one of those Banks power chips 
which added more power.

Would be nice to have a rig like Teddy's tho.  Guess I should buy some 
lottery tickets....<sigh>
