Glenwood Blackhorse Gap

Does anyone know the status of the Glenwood Blackhorse Gap ride usually held
in April?  I've emailed Kevin Baird but sometimes he doesn't see his mail
and reply for quite awhile, especially likely here at Christmas.  I need to
request vacation time RIGHT NOW if I have a prayer of getting the date
off...the usual plight of the weekend worker.
