Interfering



Can anyone tell me just how big a deal you think interfering behind (on
the trail - not just hanging out in the pasture) is on a younger, not
conditioned horse? Is it something that ever changes with training? Or,
is it the kind of thing that remains pretty constant throughout the
horse's career regardless of conditioning/training?
