Called Farm Supply, who talked to the regional rep for Nutrena.  No they
are not making Legacy in California at all and have not made any plans to
distribute it in the future!  What a waste of their advertising money. What
an interesting diversion for me who has nothing better to do with my time,
huh?

The November/December issue of IAHA's magazine does indeed have a glossy
full page ad for Legacy. If you are still determined to give your money to
Nutrena after they gave you the run-around please allow me to suggest the
Farm Supply on south Main Street in Half Moon Bay, 650 726-4846 or HMB Feed
and Fuel on north Main Street, 650 726-4814.  Farm Supply carries Nutrena's
C.O.B. mix, so it would appear that they have the connections to make a
business deal with Nutrena.

Legacy is an odd name for horse feed, isn't it?  A marketing mystery to
ponder while it's raining.
