Yep.  No matter what you do, you need to be responsible for it.  Having grown 
up hunting and around responsible hunters, I can speak to the fact that 
hunting CAN be done safely and responsibly.  Too bad more states don't 
require hunter safety classes, etc., before issuing licenses and tags!
