Is anyone familiar with Equi-pak (horseshoes.com/equithane)?  Does it
work?  Could it be

stuff costs a bit and you need a special gun and tips to inject it, have
to be fast and have a helper if you are going to fill up two pads -
stuff sets very fast 25 sec.

I now have one horse with it in the shoe with NO PAD. I used a MUSTAD
Nail shu, put a web mesh under the shoe  then after the shoe was on
filled under and over the mesh with the Equi-PAk, 
they CLAIM it will stay in place WITHOUT the mesh screen, IT DID NOT
work for me..can out in 10 steps.
This method is like a pad- locked into the mesh and part of the shoe..
very nice job and has been in for 3 weeks. He goes quite well and does
not mind the stones roads rocks  etc.
The cost savings is I do not have to use a pad, since I would use this
UNDER the pad anyway.
Seems to be holding up very well.

I like this stuff so much I  just may carry it in the shop
Since MANY shoers will not get the stuff, and buy the gun, it just may
be better to market direct to the riders.

I bought the gun and 6 large packs - think  it was a around $120

One pack will do 2 soles
should work under and easy boot also?? should rally stick it on, but
then dont know why I would do that.
