Have a chiropractor check her for alignment.  

When she bucked she could have pinched a nerve
or something.

My mare fainted everytime I wormed her.  Turned out 
that her atlas and axis were out of line and when I put her
head up it either pinched a nerve or the blood supply,
causing her to faint.
