great information for newbies

Hey all,

I got to poking around the AERC webpage, which I haven't done for a
while, and I found some great stuff in the FAQ's for newbies. I had read
it all before, but it has relevance for me now that I'm more "into" it.
Great conditioning program suggestions from some of the "oldbies" that
we don't hear much from anymore and some great discussions on heart
rates and feed. And, as always, it's fun to go back and read Angie's
musings. (Need a good belly laugh? Go read something Angie wrote.)

In particular, good reading for newbies is the advanced conditioning
suggestions (don't be fooled by the title) and all the Parts of the
"getting into endurance" series.

Thanks all!

Deanna
