Hi Vet awards

I think this should be an award at ALL rides. I have given an award form
Hi Vet at every ride I've managed...and that's my goal at every ride I
ride in. My horse has been "Hi Vet" at several rides this year and has
yet to be recognized for it other than me jumping up and down and waving
my pink form at the awards banquet.

I don't think it takes anything away from BC. BC is different, it
allows for the weight carried and speed...but Hi Vet tells you which
horse looked the best at the end...and I like to know what people bring a
horse in looking like that.
