Re: laying down

Dez is 16, I've had him since a weanling and have seen him laying down only
3 or 4 times. He's the alpha horse and I'll see him standing guard in the
pasture over the others but I have NEVER seen him down in the pasture
enjoying a sunny afternoon like the others. At rides I hear him getting up
and shaking during the early a.m. hours and see evidence that he has lay
down in his stall at home but he sure doesn't want to let me catch him at
it! He doesn't even linger on the ground after rolling but "bounces" right
up.
