Boarding stable

Having had one for a while, I recommend two things:  1)  Get yourself a
really good boarding contract for all clients, pick your boarders *very*
carefully, post rules and make everyone stick to contract & rules, and
2)  Get some aspirin, a sense of humor and the patience of a saint.

No way I'd ever get into boarding again!  Lif
