It has been interesting to read of the Bogg's case.
I think it terrible when individuals of an organization
don't play by the rules - then sue when they are disciplined.
Weird thinking from my perspective, and the ultimate in poor sportsmanship.
A certain individual did the same against AERC.  Personally
I think Boggs - and others that abuse their horse - like the
AERC incident should be banned permanently.  AERC only banned
the individual for a year if I remember correctly - and cost AERC
more $$$ than it had.
