Ouch

I have just returned from my first riding lesson in 3 1/2 years. Ouch!!!!!!
I ride a Paso, and I kindly tried to explain this to my new trainer. She
promptly put me on a 15.2 hand barrel shaped quarter horse. I think we
trotted for the entire hour!!! I forgot posting could be so tiring.

So, for a person who can ride her own horse for hours with no side effects, I
am in pain. If I didn't want to train Alpine to jump, I think I'd stick to
my own boy. However, being the (somewhat) responsible horse owner, I
(insanely) decided riding lessons were in order so that I could remember how
to jump a horse, therefore making it less likely that ALpine and I would kill
each other when we started jumping.

Just to reiterate:
OUCH!!!!!
Juli Bechard and Alpine (Hey mom, wrong horse!! MOM!!! But I wanna play
too!)
