Re: Buying a horse-general issues



For all practical purposes, all a seller has to do is refund the deposit and
sell the horse to someone else.  A deposit helps show good faith on the part
of the buyer and effectively binds the buyer, but it doesn't do a whole lot
to effectively bind the seller.
