Girthing problems
Have you tried one of the new OF girths? I used to have minor scurfing and
irritation from the old neoprene. I finally wore out my old girth and needed
a replacement. The new OF neoprene is light gray and pebbly. I don't know
why it works better but it does. The other alternative is a wool girth cover
over your old neoprene. That worked for me while I was waiting for my new
girth to come in.
By the way, I ride fairly fast. Usually top ten on 50's or near that. I'm
well aware that everything needs to be just right.
