Re: dumb question (not really endurance)



It seems to me though that breeding a grade mare to an Arab stallion makes
the foal worth more than if it were bred to a grade stallion or even a
purebred of another breed which does not register half breds.  Around here
purebred Arabs are NOT necessarily worth more just because they are
purebred.  The justification is that regardless if the mare is purebred or
grade, the same amount of time and effort goes into the breeding of the
mare.
