You are correct, the horse will only do what the owner allows it to do, and not throwing stones here but the owner of that horse show total disregard for the safety of her horse and most important for the safety of others around her.  Winning is not everything specially if it means getting somebody else hurt in the process.  I though that the motto of this sport was to finish is to win regardless of how long it took to finish.

I guess enough said on the subject, but for the person that wrote to mind your own business let me remind you that it is a free country and we have the God given right to spress our opinions.
