Changing LD from 25-35

My point is that there are not enough rules within the LD to
keep the horses healthy and having fun in the lower distances
of 10 - 15 miles. That is why there are so many rules within
a CTR ride. There are some problems
with people racing within the 25 - 35 mile distance with LD
right now, it would be much worse when you drop down to
10-15 miles.

The rules and the setup of CTR's for the lower distances and
keeping the LD at 25-35 miles has worked well for years with
very little problems. Why mess with it and stir up a lot more
problems? In other words, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
