Re: Padron lines for endurance?

I have a padron son that I ride in endurance. Havasu Nikadron is out of a Salon mare (Russian). He is very strong loves to climb mountains and can go all day or several days in a row. When I had more time to condition, and before I convinced him to slow down, we used to get some top 10s! The only thing I can complain about is his springy trot! It's not that smooth! Nick is 16 now and has about 1400 endurance miles. I didn't buy him until he was 11.
My daughter sometimes shows him in the local shows and the judges love them!
after Allison's first show on Nick the judge came over and asked where we got that horse and said that they could do Park classes. I think not!!! They look great together! I think it's all the miles they do on the trail. You have to have perfect balance to stay on Nick when he does a 180!
  OK I'm done bragging now!
BTW I don't know where you are but I'm taking Nick to the Man Against Horse ride in Prescott AZ this weekend.

Subject: RC: Padron lines for endurance?

From Mary Forrester...  I should have been more specific. I want to know if Padron lines are good for endurance. So far I have info that says most of them are in the show ring, and a few on the track. Anyone?
