Lynette,
I NEVER meant this as a criticism--more of a yea, Lynette, I agree!  Anyway,
I've never managed a ride, but yes, I have done P&R, I want to crew and I
think ALL of that helps and people new to the sport should do, read, and
question everything.  I feel like the more I learn, the more there is to
learn.
