I use Flex Ride stirrups with the toe cage and I love em. I won't ride
in anything else now. I can wear my hiking shoes and they fit in them
with room to spare. I wear size 8.5 - 9 shoes.
I have horrible knees and have always had problems keeping the stirrup
on my foot in the right spot. With these you just shove the foot in and
the toe stops at the front of the cage in front. No fuss, no muss.

They are great. I got a pair for my english saddle and one for my
endurance saddle, I like them so much

Sportack and Running Bear carry them. Probably others as well.
