Hi!  Could you please keep us all updated on Jim's progress?  To say that 
he's been in my thoughts frequently doesn't even cover it.  My heart just 
goes out to him.  It could have been my husband or (God forbid) my kids 
standing there waiting for me to come in.  They often crew for me at 
endurance rides and I love seeing them standing there waiting for me when I 
come in.  Doesn't matter where I am in the pack they're usually grinning and 
cheering like fools.    I'll never have that exact same feeling again after 
reading about Jim's accident.  He sounds like a wonderful person, he's in my
