I know, and I don't think my post came out right.  I'm trying to figure out 
how to "fix" it before I get reallllllly flamed.  I honestly didn't intend to 
sound so critical of ride managers!!! We need them.  And I do understand 
their view point since I help manage 2 CTRs per year.  (I'm afraid to check 
my e-mail :O)
