Re: Info on new treeless saddle

Hi, Barb,

I'm a die hard bareback rider, but I'm not sure I'll be doing 100s
bareback! :) Since my next horse will be an Arab cross, youngster, that I
will bring all the way up (Tevis 2005?), I know I will need to get a good
saddle for her (him?). I'm several months from starting to look for my next
horse (got the name picked out already), but I've already started becoming
interested in saddles...

But I have specific wants for my saddle. I'm very interested in the breed
of treeless saddles out there. This sounds like an interesting one. I'd be
interested in any info on how it stands up under the rigors of long
distance, long term (several seasons?).

Another saddle I've been eyeing is the Synergist saddle. I love the
archives as I've gotten a lot of info from that. I think I should start
taking people's offers up of trying out saddles (Dee! :) ) when I'm trail
riding.

PS. The teeth are finally healing nicely. I was given clearance to eat
regular food starting today! :) But I'll be paying for the surgery for 6-8
months!
