Yep I remember the hype back in 71 or 72, can't remember the year but
sure remember the race. The book on Secretariat was he couldn't do a
mile and 1/2 - wasn't in his bloodlines.  Hmmmmmm what was it 26 lengths
and still opening the lead at the wire in the Belmont.

Of course that is why whe have horse races.
