RE: Half Chaps

Tred Steps sold by Dover. They have a large suede covered elastic panel that
let them fit snugly, stay in place and not slip downward. Because of the
elastic, they will adjust to fit over various thicknesses of clothes. I've
used my original pair for years and they have lasted and lasted. They do
cost a bit more than others but they are worth it.
