Re: Quarter Horses



Keep in mind that not all QH are created equal...I mean that they don't all
have to look like quarter "cows" as one friend happens to call them.  I
have seen some fine looking QH that could kick butt on the distance trail. 
They don't all have huge butts and muscles sticking out all over with
teacup feet to match (haha).  Foundation QH especially look to me like they
could be successful on the distance trail.  Also remember that many QH are
appendix papered, meaning they have TB blood, too.  This type of QH can be
very lean and long legged and I would think could really cover the miles.
