Some people can't count (or hear well and fake it)..and what about those who
count the first and last beat...thus getting one beat more for every 15
seconds?

The is NOT a question of accuracy.  I will repeat AGAIN...the results are
calibrated for integration over DIFFERING time spans on various watches.  If
the SAME watch was used with EVERY heartcheck, the results STILL may not be the
exact same because one 3-5 second span is NOT necessarily the same for ANOTHER
3-5 second time span.
