Re: RC: quality of heart rate.



Say, Gwen..I am only talking about using the hand-held for pulse takers, not
vets...  How many times have you gotten inexperienced pulse people who cannot
count (or even FIND a heartrate)?

I agree whole-heartedly that a vet should use a stethoscope for just the
reason you state.

Using the heartcheck is easy for even someone who is snatched up from the
sidelines to take pulses...it is "idiot" proof!!!
