Wrapping Legs

ECTRA does not allow any boots of leg wraps of any kind.  Ice in also 
not allowed, you may sponge the legs with water until the hands on vet 
out.  After you have vetted out then you may wrap, linement or poultice 
to your hearts content.  Louise
