You can have merthiolate made for you at a pharmacy.  I
don't remember why they said they don't market it any more,
if you ask I'm sure they'll know.  I don't know if they can
do it at a super store pharmacy like Walmart, I got some at
an old fashioned pharmacy next door to a hospital (in
Raleigh, NC).
