Question on Russian bloodlines

"Nappy" was Dr. Deb Bennett's absolute favorite in Arabian conformation.
He was an imposing individual...I believe he was shown in three-day
eventing in Russia before importation. His son Imatok (x an Imagination
daughter who is out of AM Shining Bright, by Naharin) sired VP Bojtok
who finished top five at Pan Am. In the same crop, Imatok also sired MHB
Nepenthe, a successful endurance mare (ex *Perkal daughter) for Winkie
Mackay-Smith and now for Joanne Baker in Florida. Imatok is standing at
stud in Wisconsin for $800 according to the 1998 ARAF Directory of
racing Arabian sires and is nominated to Arabian Racing Cup. There are
probably more *Napitok connections out there...
