Dear Angie,

What I meant by follow is:  He follows my commands, I do stay at his 
shoulder, and I do have a crop with me, I used it for about a week, and 
havent needed it sence (well except at rides) but always have it with me.... 
he just seems to go stupid at a vet check or pre ride.... help...lol
