An Expensive Ice wrap:

    empty plastic grocery bag.

    open bottom and put horses hoof thru it

    tape bottom around hoof with duct tape

    fill bag with Ice

    tape top around leg with duct tape

    the bag is closed top and bottom with ice inside

    most horses will not yield from comfort

    when the ice melts, you know what to do!
