P&R areas

You shouldn't be crewing your horse in the P& R area anyway. You should
be ready to present your horse. I know at a lot of rides P& R isn't that
strict, but I have been in the position myself of telling crews to clear
out of the PR area. 
So, I wouldn't get too upset about it, it happens at other rides, too,
and rightly so, thought the delivery might be a little kinder.
