I spoke to some pharmacists that I work with.  They said you don't have to 
worry about the blood thinning properties of your pain relievers unless you 
take them regularly, as for arthritis or for heart problems.  (Even then, 
the daily aspirin dose for heart maintenance is so low they didn't think 
that was a real problem either.)  Occasional (correct) use of pain relievers 
shouldn't have a major influence on blood thinning.
