Don't misunderstand me...I am not defending the guy.  I think that what he did was wrong, and probably a serious lack of judgement (and character), if indeed he is guilty.  However, people that were involved in the accident don't even know entirely what happened so I was a little taken aback that he has been deemed "guilty by RC posting".  I would have thought that you of all people would understand how unfair it is for somebody to be publicly condemned without both parties being able to state their side of the story?  Or would you rather everybody on RC believe everything that has been written about you?
