You do not mention how he is falling down:  eg, tripping over his front
end, falling over sideways, collapsing underneath you...on all fours, just
in front, just behind.  And under what circumstances??? Gait, contact with
bit, etc.

Different things cause different kinds of falls (the first kind would be
least concerning to me, the others would REALLY get my attention).
