re: bumper pull vs. gooseneck

Hi Mary Anne.

A friend of mine was returning North (home) with his 2 horse tagalong on
the NJ Tpke one stormy night.  The traffic was being stopped by the
State Police to warn drivers about adverse weather conditions ahead. 
The Police rerouted all bumper pull trailers off the highway.  Gooseneck
trailers were permitted to continue.

When he got home, he sold his trailer and bought a gooseneck.
