Horsetrailer wanted with living quarters

My friend, Georgia here in Alamo California is desperately looking for a
trailer to buy.  She just found one for$27,000 and before she could buy it,
it was sold to someone else.  She prefers a 1996 or newer model.  Gooseneck
and at least two horse.  Extras count and good condition is important.
Anyone have a three horse gooseneck with living quarters?  Looking for a two
