Here are some times for a mile and speeds below:

4 min = 15 mph
6 min = 10 mph
7.5 min = 8 mph
8 min = 7.5 mph
10 min = 6 mph
15 min = 4 mph
30 min = 2 mph

Your calculations look pretty good.  The thing I would question is using
you car to measure a mile. Car odometers are usually not very good.
