Someone said 4 tbsp. a day, but it must depend upon the area you live in and
the particular flies/bugs/gnats because that amount hasn't done a thing for
my horses.

Nony, in Australia, uses sulfur and it works for flies/bugs there.  I
haven't yet been able to find any around here to try.
