browsing the web yesterday i found this article by Pat Parelli on stallions and stallion ownership.

some of it is on the (melo)dramatic side (trying to sell his training method?), but there is some interesting food for thought for the stallion owner or potential stallion owner.  when you love horses, and horse nature, it's easy to get carried away by the "black stallion" image/fantasy of owning such a beautiful animal.
