Another...
--  They go away to college, taking their horse with them.  They live on 300
rented acres in a 1700's ancient log cabin with only wood heat, pipes that
freeze in the winter, a hallway converted into a bathroom with a "rocking"
toilet, but the BARN's in great shape and the fencing's sound!
