Kidney Bruises

Has anyone hopped off their horse - a rather average ride of 10 or 12 miles - 
and an hour or so later had major kidney area muscle pain? My lower back is 
KILLING me! I can't figure out why. I took our stallion out for his first hil 
work since he had his heart thing, and perhaps being tense - worrying about 
HIM - set me up for it. I don't know. He stumbled some when he fatigued - 
just soem tough hills for the first time. Any ideas out there?
